Cancellation policy:
Course cancellations need to be made 28 days in advance via email for a refund and will be subject to a £10 administration fee.
Cancellations made 28-14 days before the course will be subject to an administration charge of 50% of the course fee.
Short notice cancellations made 14 days or less before the start of the course are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a course but have a friend or colleague that can take your place instead then there will be no admin fee for transferring the place.
