Painting Holiday, Kalymnos, Greece.

A tutored “pleine air “ trip on the beautiful Greek Island of Kalymnos.

During the week we will explore the island together and take in some of the stunning beaches, sheer cliffs and charming street scenes which punctuate this special Dodecanese out-post. With short walks to friendly tavernas, boat trips to remote locations and perhaps a minibus ride to the island’s capital, everyday will offer fresh opportunities to stimulate your creativity.

In the evenings as the sun goes down, painting pictures of its own, we will sample some of the many restaurants Mirties has to offer and get to know one another over some good food and a glass or two. Although your trip is about water-colour painting it would be nothing without the friendship and camaraderie that group activity promotes.

Beginners and intermediates very welcome. Emily is a well established watercolour teacher and is a member of the Sussex Watercolourist Association.

The price for the week is £610 which includes tutoring, travel on the island, to and from the airport as a group and a welcome meal.
